When you get up at 4AM to try and do some @MtSiHistorians related work and @Xfinity is down (so much rain and wind, power was out yesterday too so I couldn’t do the work then). Luckily @Verizon is allowing me to do some of the work, albeit not as quickly as on wifi.

@comcastcares I recently upgraded my service to Gigabit & since then my performance seems worse. On 2 video meetings yesterday, I was freezing/breaking up. Had 175/5 plan before & no issues. Got new Arris modem. Speedtest shows high speeds. Any ideas?

@SarahSpain If you’re watching in Chicago like I am, my push notifications from ESPN come in a good 5-10 seconds before I witness it on xfinity. And that’s live with cable, it sucks.
