"Dr. Pruthi was attentive, listened to my whole story, and quickly came to a conclusion about how we should proceed. Nurses and staff were very helpful. All and all a pleasant first visit and I hope to continue to have Dr. Pruthi as my gastroenterologist."

"The visit went well with Dr. Pruthi,although I was very surprised his staff wore no mask.I'm aware of protocols,and change made in wearing .But that gives no excuse for professional medical to be insensitive to patients that are there for medical care,weather patients don't care ,does not matter,some do and wear a mask .I did notice some Dr. Have on there door ,wear mask,why do you as a Dr. Feel different ,it did bother me when I saw your recovery nurses without a mask,while people just had a procedure done.In a medical setting I'm appalled at the lack of Irresponsibility ,during this highly contagious time of year,with COVID,Flu ,RSV etc.It should be the boss to make there staff rules,especially a good Dr. as you.Again nothing wrong with friendly office,just they need to be reminded to protect patients and them.Please put a sign on your door,other medical professionals have.THANK YOU"

"I like the Dr. But the staff is in his office is very unprofessional. I came in for an appointment that my other Dr. had made for me. The details were already given to dr pruthi by my referring dr. When I get there I’m trying to check in. The girl at the window who takes your name and information asked me why I was there because she didn’t see me on the schedule. Even though I had a confirmation the day before of my appointment. So I told her I had confirmation of my appointment already and I was seeing him about an issue I was having using the bathroom. That wasn’t a good enough answer. So she asks me repeatedly in front of the staff and the other patients in the office for details why I’m there. So I tell her a little more info that I think I have a tear . Still not good enough for her. So at this point I’m extremely embarrassed and mortified. The staff is looking at me in disbelief. I have my child with me who is also getting embarrassed. So I proceed to tell her in front of everyone ...
